Somatische Erkundungen

Gemeinsam mit einer Gruppe exquisiter Beweger:innen erkundeten wir Orte im Berliner Stadtteil Tegel, sowohl in der Natur als auch in der gebauten städtischen Umgebung, und konzentrierten uns auf somatische, erfahrungsbezogene Zustände. Wir erforschten neue Wege, um in der Stadt und in der Natur präsent zu sein und mit der Tier- und Pflanzenwelt sowie mit Menschen und ihrer Körperlichkeit zu interagieren. Für die Auftaktveranstaltung des URBANE BIOSPHERE ERLEBNIS am 24. und 25. Februar 2023 haben wir gemeinsam eine Reihe von ortsspezifischen Pop-up-Performances entwickelt. Die stadtteilweite Open-Air-Ausstellung und Tour durch die urbane Biosphäre kombinierte Klang- und Bildkunst, geschriebene Texte, partizipative Partituren sowie Live-Performances.
DAS URBANE BIOSPHÄRE ERLEBNIS kann immer noch von der Öffentlichkeit erlebt werden.

THE URBAN BIOSPHERE EXPERIENCE:
Somatic Explorations
18th-19th February 2023
Working with an exquisite group of movers we explored locations in Berlin’s Tegel neighbourhood, both in nature and in the built urban environment, focusing on somatic, experiential states. We researched new ways to be present in the city and in nature and of interacting with the wildlife, the plant-life, and with humans and their physicality. Together we created a series of site-specific pop-up performances for the launch event of the URBAN BIOSPHERE EXPERIENCE on the 24th and 25th of Feb. This neighbourhood-wide open air exhibition and tour of the urban biosphere combined sound and visual art, written texts, participatory scores as well as live performances.
THE URBAN BIOSPHERE EXPERIENCE can still be he accessed by members of the public.
